A chromogenic kit for the determination of heparin and low molecular heparin (LMW) in human plasma. One-stage assay optimized for a wide range of instruments. Optimal user convenience by simple performance and few components. No sample dilution required. Validated and documented protocols for a wide range of instruments. Optimized reaction system yields very consistent activity levels regardless of type of heparin. Independent of the antithrombin level of the patient. No addition of exogenous antithrombin required. The Coamatic Heparin kit determines the anti-FXa activity of LMW heparin and UF heparin. Excellent reagent stability. Suitable for both large and small laboratories. |
